The look on my face when my family came up with the idea to take family pics 2 months after having a baby! Me: " I'm not readyyyyy " This is only a few of the pics we took on this beautiful Christmas Day! 2017 Everybody knows my Dad is the Coolest Dad! We absolutely loved our personality pics with him. We took these pics on my Moms front lawn. Its beautiful out there so we chose it as our location and it worked!! Don't ask us to be serious..LOL....its not happening.  Awwww....So Priceless.  I'm so emotional. " Look at my Girls " I remember when everybody was born and now look. They taller than me. I love the way they have stuck with each other through the years which is what family is suppose to do. I pray that in their adult lives they still look out for one another. Gods will, I'll always be there for them.  We Are Family! Daddys Girls  Being Silly..... AYeeeee! We asked my Mom to jo...
Dying your hair with beets is a great way to add a temporary reddish tint to your strand, without dealing with any nasty chemicals. Hold a slice of bread in mouth to avoid crying while cutting onions It is rue that eating massive amounts of carrots can sometimes cause a persons skin to turn yellowish orange.

What defines LIFE

Acceptance Learn to accept people for who they are, not who you want them to be and remember gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. Happiness can exist only in acceptance so accept what is and let go of what was and have faith in what will be. Love Where there is love there is LIFE, Love is honesty and trust and Love is an unconditional commitment to an imperfect person. Attractions Romantic - A desire to have what is considered a romantic relationship with a specific person Aesthetic Getting pleasure from the appearance of a specific person as in getting please from watching a beautiful scenery Sensual A desire for physical contact as in hugs, kisses, etc. with a specific person Loneliness Being lonely comes with so many side effects: memories, insomnia, and confusion. Loneliness encapsulates the best parts of your life and forces you to notice their profound absence. Loneliness is that prominent, gaping hole in your life that just can’t seem to be filled regar...

New Baby Alert

He's here! He's here! Hospital Stay I had Jay on 10-24-2017 at 8:08pm. I got to the hospital on Tuesday and was released that Friday around 11:00am. After I had Jay the first person I saw was My Mommy. My Dad would have been the first but there was a mix up in communication. SMH. LOL The board in my first room read "Baby Boy Thomas" the second room said "Welcome Javaree". The staff were great, I ate good and gave the nurses a COSMOBRACELET for their help. Home,Finally. The first person to come and see us was my friend Ayiese!! Whoop Whoop - She came to see Jay the day he came home. Her and Stuart are Jays God parents. The first day, as with all babies, he slept; All we could do was stare at him. I took a breastfeeding class so I could be prepared to feed him and OMG, what a challenge. You have to be READY to breastfeed, LOL. Its going good though. Practice makes Perfect.....or close enough. Hi Sassy, Meet Jay Sassy stayed at the P...

Bra Off, Hair Up, Belly Out- 39 weeks!

Heyyy. Yes, I am READY! LOL These past few weeks have been trying but as with all task I handle them and move right along with my day. Luckily I still haven't experienced any morning sickness, dizziness, or back pain. I've had my share of pregnancy problems though.....I'm hungry and thirsty almost all day. LOL. If its good, I want it. This has brought on so much weight and all I can tell myself is that I'll lose it after the baby. "Order my steps Lord" We took the Infant CPR class which I would recommend for any new parents to take especially if you have no clue of what to do in emergency situations. (We were the only blacks in the class). When I was wasn't practicing on the dummy they provided I was eating cookies and plotting on how many I can take home when class was over. Hehehe! My last doctors appointment is set for tomorrow at 8:30am and his due date is 4 days away! Come through Jay! Here are a few pics I wanted to share.... It's ...

Baby On the way!

Heyyyy!!! The time is near. The baby shower was on August 19th at the Appleton Museum in Ocala, Florida. It was amazing and the turn out was All That. We are still getting gifts and cards in the mail for those that couldn't attend.  We are one lucky couple!! I have already hung the letters JAY on the wall in his room right along with his 4D picture that was available for family and friends to sign at the shower. He's going to be born at Holy Cross hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida which is only 10 minutes away from us so Thank God, when its time to get there we'll be there in no time. A week ago we went on the hospital tour and Omg I was too excited to find out what happens the day I check in. The hospital is super nice, the staff seem friendly. They have suites available upon request at no charge and the best news I got was that they serve you baked fresh cookies on day 1 and day 2 they give you a birthday cake. How cool is that?  In a few days we'll b...
