Sunday Brunch Anyone?

So, I'm at work today and get an invite for a Sunday Brunch!! I LIT up.What a great idea, Sunday Brunch! Most weekend vacations end on Sunday and to some it can be a drag day consisting of finding, packing, double checking and more packing.

With that let’s RE-ARRANGE how we handle Sundays down south! I did some researching and found some really good hot spots to check out after check out!

The Four Seasons Hotel Miami Sunday Brunch with Unlimited Champagne from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. In addition to starting brunch with mimosas, Bellinis, Bloody Marys and unlimited Champagne, this lavish brunch offers a varied selection of traditional breakfast stations, a raw bar with oysters, shrimp, crab and a variety of sushi rolls, dumplings with traditional dipping sauces for a taste of Asia; salads and cold antipasti; a risotto and pasta station and an extensive cheese display of international varieties and award winning artisanal American cheeses. Pearl /Nikki Beach, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Chef Jason McClain's a la Carte Brunch menu includes starters from the traditional tropical fruit plate to mixed seafood ceviches, lobster salad and burrata mozzarella, as well as egg dishes, lemon ricotta hot cakes, French toast with sausages and ham, crab cakes, Ahi tuna Niçoise, and Australian beef filet with lobster mash potatoes. Bizcaya at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove. Sunday Brunch at Bizcaya puts on the Ritz: 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a gorgeous spread that winds its way from Bizcaya’s entrance, along the perimeter of the entire restaurant, to the terrace with cascading waterfall. Brunch is expansive: with the traditional breakfast station, stations laden with charcuteries, tapas and imported cheeses, raw bar, caviar station and salads.
