6 Ways to Care for your Feet....Front and Bottom.

1. Wash your feet in warm, not hot, water. Do not soak your feet because your skin will get dry.
2. Before bathing or showering, test the water to make sure it is not too hot. You can use a thermometer (90° to 95° F is safe) or your elbow to test the water.
3. Use talcum powder or cornstarch to keep the skin between your toes dry to prevent infection.
4. Rub a thin coat of lotion, cream, or petroleum jelly on the tops and bottoms of your feet.
5. Do not put lotion or cream between your toes because this might cause an infection.
6. Do not use razor blades, corn plasters, or liquid corn and callus removers - they can damage your skin and cause an infection.

Keeping it in the Family Did y'all know that Raheem (Khalil Kain) from Juice was Maino's "Hi Hater" brother? Welp, I didn't and found it to be another case of "Keeping it in the family'. (Don't get me wrong, Maino isn't a star or anything but he aight.) But anyway, once someone in the family makes it...chances are you will too (if you play your cards tight) simply because you'll be in "The Know" crowd. Brothers-9 Years Apart PS. Family Matters

FAMILY Family has many definitions but when you sum it up it’s who is closest to you that we consider our immediate family. Family is a destination where you feel at home, you feel loved and most importantly you know that regardless of what happens you will be there for each other no matter what. Each day we hear and read stories about people dying and missing although most of us never consider these situations if they aren’t close to home. Why is that? It shouldn’t take a death, or injury to wake up and realize that foolishness is foolishness and as long as you keep it going it will carry on from generation to generation. Is this fair? Must we raise our children to be biased, unforgiving, selfish and misunderstood? The behavior of a child is most often a reflection of how he/she is being raised in they’re home.
